Experience the Portland debut of acclaimed dancer and choreographer Marta Gálvez in her latest creation, La Velada. An alchemy of past and present, La Velada is a deeply personal work that explores memory, heritage, and transformation. Rooted in flamenco tradition while embracing a contemporary perspective, the performance honors those who came before while forging a voice that is distinctly Marta’s own.
